Lufthansa Technik Hamburg sucht ein Praktikum zur Unterstützung des Teams bei der Umsetzung von Reparaturprojekten für Triebwerkskomponenten. Sie erhalten Einblicke in Projektmanagement- und Entwicklungsprozesse im internationalen MRO-Umfeld.

Sie arbeiten an Planungen, Berichten, Präsentationen und Managementdokumenten, verbessern Prozesse und kooperieren mit Fachabteilungen, Werkstätten, Ingenieurteams und externen Partnern.

Qualifikationen

• Immatrikulation während des Praktikums nachweisen (aktueller Immatrikulationsnachweis und schriftlicher Nachweis des Pflichtpraktikums) oder ein Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint)

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Umsetzung und Entwicklung von Reparaturprojekten für Triebwerkskomponenten.
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Projekten im Bereich Reparaturimplementierung und -entwicklung.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten, Präsentationen und Managementdokumenten.
• Unterstützung bei Prozess-, Produkt- und Technologiebewertungen im Triebwerksbereich.
• Schnittstellenkoordination mit Fachabteilungen, Werkstätten, Ingenieurteams und externen Partnern.
• Einewöchiges Hands-on-Training in der Produktion zur technischen Einarbeitung.
• Mitwirkung an Root-Cause-Analysen zur Fehlerursachenbestimmung und Ableitung von Gegenmaßnahmen.
• Unterstützung bei Entwicklung und Freigabe von Reparaturen für Triebwerkskomponenten gemäß Luftfahrtvorschriften.
• Teilnahme an Workshops.

Aufgaben:

As an intern, you will support the team in the implementation and development of repair projects for engine components. In doing so, you will gain insight into project management and technical development processes within an international MRO environment.

Your responsibilities will include:Gaining practical skills with a focus on assisting with the planning, organization, and tracking of projects related to repair implementation and developmentCollaborating on the creation of project plans, status reports, presentations, and management documentsSupporting improvements to processes, products, and technologies in the field of engine maintenanceCoordinating interfaces with specialized departments, workshops, engineering teams, and external partnersOne-week hands‑on training in production for technical onboardingCollaborating on root cause analyses to identify the causes of failures and derive appropriate corrective actionsSupporting the development and approval of repairs for engine components in accordance with aviation regulationsParticipation in workshops

Qualifikation:

To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a comparable technical degree program at the time of the internship.Proof of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor's and master's programs (Gap Year)

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work style
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
• High level of initiative, ability to work in a team, and organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Initial experience with CAD systems is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
