everdrop GmbH is offering an internship in Online Marketing / Performance Marketing (m/f/d) starting AUG/SEP 2026 for 5–6 months. You will support paid social campaigns on META, monitor trends, and help create content and strategic campaigns.

Strong German (C1) and good English (B2) are required; you should be enrolled in a related business degree with a marketing focus and enjoyed teamwork and sustainability.

Qualifikationen

• Student enrolled in Bachelor or Master in business administration with a marketing/ media management focus.
• Mandatory internship of at least 5 months.
• Experience in online marketing, performance marketing or social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Near-native German (C1+) and good English (B2).

As our Intern in Online Marketing / Performance Marketing (m/f/d), your main tasks will be:

• You support the team in managing and enhancing our paid social media channels, especially on META platforms, by helping to develop and execute performance marketing campaigns.
• You stay ahead of the curve by actively monitoring and analyzing trends on META platforms, providing valuable insights that help optimize our accounts and adapt to the latest developments.
• You support the creation of content for our META platforms - from ideation to production to publication.
• You contribute to the planning and implementation of impactful campaign strategies.

• You are currently studying (Bachelor or Master) in the field of business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing, business informatics or media management and/or communications management.
• As an enrolled student, you are looking for a mandatory internship (ideally of at least 5 months).
• You ideally have already gained some experience in online marketing, performance marketing or social media marketing through previous internships.
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to track, analyze and optimize campaign performances.
• Your independent, structured and reliable way of working, combined with your collaborative team spirit, completes your profile.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (or Google Workspace), especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Near-native proficiency in German (C1 or higher) is essential, along with strong English skills (B2), both written and spoken.
