Die Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH sucht für Bonn eine engagierte Praktikantin bzw. Praktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich Logistik, um Projekte zu unterstützen und Prozesse zu optimieren.

Qualifikationen

• Sie studieren Betriebswirtschaftslehre, ein vergleichbares Studium oder befinden sich im Gap Year.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist werden erwartet.
• Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten.
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Dokumentationen und Auswertungen.
• Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft.
• Recherche, Analyse und strukturierte Aufbereitung relevanter Informationen.
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Terminen und Workshops.
• Unterstützung in der Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen.
• Pflege und Aktualisierung relevanter Daten und Informationen.
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Abläufe.
• Eigenständige Übernahme von kleineren Aufgabenpaketen und Projekten.
