Interpath is seeking an Intern (m/f/d) – Restructuring in Germany (Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, or Munich) to gain hands-on experience supporting high-impact restructuring engagements.

You will work with senior leaders on financial analysis, market research, and presentations, gaining exposure across deals, advisory, and restructuring.

Requirements include Master's studies in Finance/Accounting, fluent German and English, and a minimum 3-month commitment; travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing or recently completed Master's studies in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• First exposure to corporate finance, restructuring, transaction services, audit, consulting, or financial analysis (through internships or academic projects)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modelling is an advantage
• Fluency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements

Your Challenge

In this role, you will support our Restructuring team on projects for companies, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of financial analysis, strategic problem solving, and business transformation.

Requirements

You bring strong analytical skills, commercial curiosity, and an interest in helping businesses navigate complex financial and operational challenges.

• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements

The minimum duration of this internship is 3 months.
