Zusammenfassung

Job Description

In order to support the Maintenance and Ground Operations, Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Intern within Helicopters Maintenance definition & Improvement (d/f/m).

Location & Start

Location: Donauwörth

Start: As soon as possible

Duration: 3-6 months

About the Role

Maintenance operations on helicopters are key activities for Airbus customers. In this way, maintenance workload must be optimized in order to maximize helicopter fleet availability and meet customer expectations.

If you are pursuing a Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field and seek experience in helicopter maintenance development, this opportunity is for you. We are offering a six-month internship within our Design Office for Maintenance and Ground Support Operations. This position is located in Airbus Helicopters Design Office organisation within the Maintenance and Ground Operations department. You will work within this department (approximately 70 employees, spread across Marignane and Donauwörth).

Your location At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • You are pursuing a Master's Degree in Engineering (aeronautic or mechanical background)
  • Basic understanding of helicopter systems and architectures is a plus
  • Familiarity with CAD software, specifically CATIA.
  • Process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong self-organization and project management abilities.
  • Good team spirit and Appetite for collaborative work
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
