Zusammenfassung

Evonik Operations GmbH invites motivated students to join its central process engineering department (TE-VT) for a 3–6 month internship. You will work on developing process control strategies, online optimization and IT integration in production plants.

The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative and English proficiency, with hybrid and flexible working models offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed intermediate diploma or 120 credits in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally in related subjects.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MATLAB.

• Develop process control strategies (advanced control with multivariable controllers) and dynamic models for process plants.
• Online optimization of plants using thermodynamic and/or statistical models.
• Integrate information technology across process, operation and management levels in production plants.
• Lead plant optimization from analysis to implementation in interdisciplinary teams.

• Online optimization of plants using thermodynamic and/or statistical models
• Information technology integration of process, operational and corporate management levels in production plants
• Plant optimization from process analysis to implementation in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Successfully completed intermediate diploma or at least 120 credits in a Bachelor's degree program - ideally in the above-mentioned subjects
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of basic data software (MS Office) and simulation software (Matlab)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, flexibility
