Zusammenfassung

Turner & Townsend in Frankfurt is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead major Data Centre construction projects, overseeing cost, schedule and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires 4+ years in construction project management, fluent English and German (B2), and 3-5 days on-site availability to drive delivery with a collaborative team spirit.

Qualifikationen

• A construction related academic qualification /degree ( construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture).
• Min. 4 years of working experiences in project management for construction projects; experiences in Data Centre constructions preferred.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.
• Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-task.
• Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
• Fluent in English, min. B2 German level.
• Available for 3-5 days working from construction site.

• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
• Review requests for payment.
• Record occurrence that might result in a claim - acting on the client’s behalf.
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
