Zusammenfassung

Kroll is seeking an Intern in our Valuation Advisory practice in Frankfurt. You will join a team delivering in-depth industry research, data gathering, and valuation analyses for diverse clients across sectors.

This role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and the development of valuation tools in an international setting. You will gain hands-on experience with discounted cash flow, market multiples, and CAPM concepts while contributing to client presentations and reports.

Qualifikationen

  • Current Degree Pursuit: Studying business administration / economics and have recently passed your diploma / bachelor / master with excellence.
  • Minimum internship length of 10 weeks.
  • Very familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Task prioritization in a collaborative team environment.
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German proficiency.

Aufgaben

  • Perform in-depth industry research and data gathering for engagements.
  • Conduct valuation analyses on a range of public and private entities.
  • Assist with quality control of valuation projects.
  • Develop tailor-made analysis tools to support valuation models.
  • Assist in performing valuations using methods like DCF, market multiples.
  • Contribute to client presentations and publications.

Our Valuation Services professionals have unparalleled experience in identifying intangible assets, determining and supporting fair values for acquired assets, formulating tax valuations and related consulting in accordance with the regulations and guidance established by taxing authorities and providing and defending reporting valuations for clients across a number of industries. Navigating Responsibilities

As an Intern within our Valuation Advisory practice, you will be working in teams together with our experienced employees performing in-depth industry research and gathering data pertinent to an engagement though direct client interaction. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities whilst performing the analysis and quality control of projects for some of the most influential companies in the world. This role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop their skills within an international environment focused on collaboration and teamwork.

Performance of in-depth research of capital markets, industries and competitors as well as analyses of target companies, e.g. in terms of market strength, strategic fit, and business model / business plan

Support in the conception and development of tailor‑made analysis tools to support existing valuation models

Support in the performance of valuations on a wide range of entities using discounted earnings, discounted cash flow, market multiples

Support in the analysis of capital markets and assessment of cost of capital according to CAPM

Assisting in the development of presentations and publications communicated to clients

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum internship length of 10 weeks.

Current Degree Pursuit: Studied business administration / economics and have recently passed your diploma / bachelor / master with excellence.

You are very familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
