Jobtailor Köln is seeking a motivated assistant to help plan, organize, and execute influencer campaigns. You will support briefings, timelines, and communications with our talents, while learning how campaigns are evaluated and improved.

Join a small, focused team that values organization, clear language, and proactive idea generation. You will contribute to talent development, research brands, draft outreach messages, and help prepare pitches and presentations.

• Draft initial outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, DMs).
• Actively work with CRM tool and manage lead nurturing.
• Support preparation of presentations and pitches.
• Learn how an initial contact develops into collaboration.
