Jobbeschreibung

The Leibniz Centre for Tropical Marine Research (ZMT) GmbH (www.leibniz-zmt.de) is an independent research and teaching institute that provides scientific knowledge for the protection and sustainable use of tropical coastal ecosystems. To this end, we work in an inter‑ and trans‑disciplinary manner with our partners in the tropics. The ZMT is a member of the Leibniz Association.

ZMT’s approach requires, across all areas of its mission, intensive dialogue between science and stakeholders from politics, business, and civil society in Europe as well as in ZMT’s tropical partner countries. The targeted identification of dialogue and cooperation partners is a prerequisite for building long‑term, trust‑based relationships, providing knowledge‑transfer services of all kinds, and supporting capacity development. This is the core task of the Office for Knowledge Exchange (OKE). Its remit ranges from strategic direction to operational implementation.

This vacancy is continuously open. We offer internship positions for students completing a required internship.
