Tacto is seeking a Founders Associate Intern to work closely with the founders and leadership on high-impact cross-functional projects in Munich. You will own key initiatives from strategy to execution, collaborating across departments to shape GTM, product cases, and growth opportunities.

You will gain steep learning curves, direct ownership, and exposure visible throughout the company, while developing in German and English with a passion for AI.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades.
• First professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or business development.
• Natural curiosity and eagerness to dive into our processes and understand complexities.
• Excited about AI and ideally have built something yourself.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken German and English.

• Be the Builder – own high-impact end-to-end strategic projects from thesis to operation.
• Refine our GTM strategy by analyzing early traction data, defining hypotheses and scaling the motion.
• Support the executive team by preparing C-level meetings with key customers and partners.

Your tasksBuild the future: as a Founders Associate Intern, you take ownership of our biggest upside opportunities and toughest challenges. You work end-to-end and have touchpoints across every department at the company, so you can expect to:

• Be the Builder – Assume responsibility on high-impact end-to-end strategic projects (zero-to-one from thesis building to operation)

• Refine our GTM strategy – analyze early traction data, define hypotheses, and test cases to scale the motion

• Support the executive team – prepare C-level meetings with our most important customers and partners

• Conduct market and competitive analysis – identify next growth opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades
• First professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or business development
