Your Mission:

As a Business IT Intern, you will get the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting the Business IT team to deal with the most important internal IT tasks. You will be providing first-level support for our top-notch workspaces and advanced cloud-based applications, play an important part in on-boarding and off-boarding processes throughout Bitpanda and take care of safe and timely hardware delivery to the end-users. This internship is an ideal opportunity for everyone who wants to kick-off their career in Business IT and is eager to learn one of the most advanced technology stacks in Europe!

What you ll do:

Take part in managing key apps and workspaces used across the entire Bitpanda. Use your knowledge, skills and insights to help deliver small IT projects and contribute to maintaining the highest IT security standards. Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding end-user cycles and assist with overall end-user support. Assist the Business IT team with management of the latest hardware and help to streamline processes across the entire hardware lifecycle.

Who you are:

You are deeply interested in IT and eager to learn more about our cutting-edge technology stack, such as Confluence, Jira, Jumpcloud, Slack, Google Workplace etc. You are excited to deepen your understanding of hardware lifecycle and extend your knowledge of the best practices in IT security. You are pursuing a degree in a field related to IT or have a history of personal projects/professional experience related to IT. You are a reliable and disciplined person who is not afraid to take the initiative into their own hands and has a proactive approach to problem solving.
