Zusammenfassung

ams OSRAM International GmbH is seeking an integration specialist to join the Corporate Function team. You will work on enterprise interfaces, understand business requirements, and ensure reliable data exchange across systems using IDOC, JSON, XML, SQL and related formats.

Hybrid work in Germany with collaboration across IT solution owners, external partners, and service providers. You will monitor interfaces, troubleshoot incidents, and support SEEBURGER BIS operations and mappings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IDOC, JSON, SQL, XML, CSV formats and file transmissions.
• Foundational project management understanding.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Strong SQL query development and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with SEEBURGER BIS, BIS Mapping, X12/EDIFACT, AS2 and OFTP2.
• Analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• English language proficiency (written and verbal).

Aufgaben

• Understand business requirements and the operational criticality of integration interfaces.
• Handle requests, incidents, and configuration changes via the ticketing system.
• Coordinate technical integration requirements with business teams, IT solution owners, external partners, and service providers.
• Collect and maintain implementation details including timelines, contacts, specifications, certificates, and sample data.
• Monitor platform and interface operations using Monitoring Tools.
• Create configuration concepts (communication, security) and mapping/translation; perform realization.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of interface and platform issues across IT teams, customers, and partners.
• Support SEEBURGER BIS Basis operations, including incident resolution and performance optimization.

Jobbeschreibung

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of IDOC, JSON, SQL, XML, CSV data formats and File, SFTP, HTTP, REST, SOAP, RFC transmission
• Foundational understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience working with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
• Good programming skills and strong proficiency in SQL query development and troubleshooting
• Experience with or a willingness to learn,SEEBURGER BIS 6.7, SEEBURGER BIC/BIS Mapping Designer, ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards, as well as AS2 and OFTP2 transmission
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
