Kraken Robotics is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst to join our Rostock, Germany office. The role includes reliability analysis, FMECA, RCMA, MTA, LORA, and LCC work, plus LSAR development and provisioning tasks.

You will collaborate with engineers and ILS manager to refine content and ensure standards compliance. Ideal candidates hold a engineering or math degree with 5+ years in reliability and ILS, and are eligible for Controlled Goods Program and security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or math with 5+ years in reliability and supportability.
• Familiarity with ILS standards such as GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-STD-1388-2B.
• Experience with LSAR and ILS lifecycle analyses.
• Strong collaboration with engineers and SMEs to ensure content clarity.
• Ability to develop junior analysts and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible for Controlled Goods Program registration and security clearance.

Kraken Roboticsis currently recruitingforan Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst to join our Dartmouth, Nova Scotiaoffice or our Rostock, Germany office.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support ILS related activities, such as: Reliability Analysis, Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) Analysis
• Perform Provisioning related activities, such as: Sparing Analysis, Parts Provisioning Breakdowns (PPB), Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL), Long Lead Time Item Lists (LLTIL)
• Development and maintenance of the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR)
• Proofread, edit, and format documents of the package, standardizing both content and layout with boilerplate templates in accordance with the client's applicable style manuals, guidelines, and standards
• Maintaining a customer focus to ensure that requirements and expectations are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Collaborate with the ILS Manager and the engineering team to resolve content clarity
• Adhere to Configuration Management processes

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Education Required: Bachelor's Degree inEngineering (Naval, Mechanical or Electrical) or Applied Mathematics, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent Navy Certification with 5+ years' experience in the reliability and supportability field.
• Familiarity with ILS related standards such as the SAE International GEIA-STD-0007 or DODs MIL-STD-1388-2B standards for development of a LSAR
• Experience in some or all the following ILS practices:

• Reliability, Availability and Maintainability Analyses
• FMEA/FMECA Development
• Reliability Block Diagrams
• Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis
• Maintenance Task Analysis
• Life Cycle Costing
• Sparing Analysis

• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with subject matter experts, colleagues, clients, and users
• Skills working in a self-directed manner in a team environment, including personal workload management (organizing and prioritizing)
• Support the development of Junior level analysts.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines in a high-paced environment
• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada "Reliability" status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance

PREFERRED SKILLS

• LSAR Software experience: OmegaPS, GenS
• Reliability software experience: Reliasoft or equivalent
• Other software experience: Pennant Analyzer, OPUS10
• Strong ability to create MS Excel macros
• Experience working on government/military projects.
