Us3 Consulting is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Insurance practice across Germany, including Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Hanover. The role requires 10+ years in Enterprise, Solution, or Business Architecture and fluency in German and English.

You will define target architectures, transformation roadmaps, cloud and integration strategies, and governance for large-scale programmes, partnering with major insurance clients to shape end-to-end

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise, Solution, or Business Architecture.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes such as policy administration, claims, and sales.
• Expertise in TOGAF, BPMN, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), APIs, microservices, and integration architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide technology strategies and supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent German and English.

We’re currently supporting a leading consulting and technology organisation that is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect with 10+ years of architecture experience to join its Insurance practice. This is a permanent role across key German locations including Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Hanover. Must speak Fluent German and English

In this role, you’ll partner with major insurance clients to define and lead end-to-end transformation programmes, combining enterprise architecture strategy with business process and technology expertise. You’ll be involved in target architecture definition, transformation roadmaps, cloud and integration strategy, and architectural governance across complex enterprise environments.
