Netlight is expanding its Learning & Development team in Munich. As our instructional designer, you translate business needs into engaging, well-structured learning experiences, including SCORM modules, hosted on our learning platform. You design, build, author content, and help measure impact with data to improve future versions.
You will work hands-on with a small global team, design courses and workshops, and gradually own a learning area of your own as you grow.
Netlightis growing and changing fast, and Learning & Development is where that capability gets built. As our instructional designer, you are the craft at thecentreof a small global L&D team– turning what the business needs to learn into learning that works:welldesigned, well built, and worth people's time. You work alongside colleagues who own our learning areas end to end, and you make theirprogrammesreal.
Your days move betweendesigningand building. You structure courses, workshopsand self-paced modules around how adults learn, then author the content – including SCORM modules – and set it up in our learning platform and training-management system. You support delivery by preparing materials and facilitators, helping sessions run well, and stepping in tofacilitatewhen it makes sense. You look after the practical detail and the data behind it – scheduling, completions, participationand feedback – and use what it tells you to sharpen the next version. It is a hands-on role with room to grow into owning a learning area of your own.
