Galaxy EHR is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our psychiatry program in Bremen, IN. This full-time, W-2 or 1099 contract role offers a competitive salary range and the chance to improve patient access to mental health resources by integrating technology.

The ideal candidate is IN-licensed (FNP/PA-C) with at least 1 year in psychiatry, comfortable working in a PRN setting, and able to handle a 7 Days On / 7 Days Off schedule.
