Aufgaben

• Facilitate the assessment, selection, and deployment of new technologies to enhance efficiency and client experience in real estate operations.
• Develop and execute an innovation roadmap aligned with business goals, focusing on technology integration and process improvements.
• Oversee innovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with leadership, external partners and Start Ups to identify and drive innovation opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Educate and train staff on new technologies and practices to support continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs to measure the impact of innovation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
