• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align and communicate schedule updates effectively
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Optimize workflows and resource allocations to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines
• Document actual versus planned timelines, maintain historical schedule data, and analyze lessons learned for future improvement
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Scheduler: 3+ years of experience, preferably within data center or mission-critical construction projects
• Senior Scheduler: 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or mission-critical construction projects
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with owner objectives
• Knowledge of industry standards such as PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines is preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and dependencies, with a focus on MEP systems
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholders
