HEADMATCH's client in the energy sector is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead risk-oriented audits across IT, business and compliance domains. You will plan and conduct audits of complex IT environments including OT systems, cloud infrastructures and cyber security controls.

You will coordinate with external co-auditors and international teams, develop actionable recommendations, present findings to senior management and help shape strategic and operational measures.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in IT Audit, Information Security, IT Risk or a related area.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct risk-oriented IT, business and compliance audits
• Audit complex IT environments, including OT systems, cloud infrastructures, cybersecurity controls and market & billing platforms
• Coordinate audits and collaborate with external co-auditors and international audit teams
• Develop practical recommendations to strengthen resilience, regulatory compliance and efficiency
• Present audit findings to senior management and support the development of strategic and operational measures
• Further develop IT Audit methodologies and data analytics approaches

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Audit, Information Security, IT Risk or a related area
• Degree in Business Informatics, IT or a similar field
• Strong understanding of IT controls, information security and audit methodologies
• Analytical mindset and a proactive, independent working style
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
