As a member of the Customer Security team, you will be responsible for delivering answers to our most demanding customers regarding the security of our services, including those subject to LPM, Dora, NIS2 regulations. You will work closely with sales, technical and security teams to ensure that our customers' security needs are met and contracts are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers to understand their security needs and deliver personalized security services.
• Work with sales teams to identify sales opportunities and develop security offerings tailored to customer needs.
• Work with technical teams to deliver effective and efficient security solutions.
• Ensure contracts are delivered in compliance with local and regional regulations (NIS2, IT Grundschutz...).
• Develop and maintain security processes to ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
• Develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure a holistic and consistent approach to security.
• Support product teams to integrate security expectations into product features and ensure products are designed and developed securely.
• Automate and industrialize the security approach to improve the efficiency and quality of security services.
• Support certification efforts, espacially those related to your geography, to ensure products and services comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and deliver training and security briefings for customers and internal teams.
• Participate in defining and implementing the company's security strategy.

Skills required

• You have experience delivering security services to demanding customers.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of IT-Grundschutz, NIS2 and/or any other similar, general or sector-specific regulations in your geographic area.
• You have experience in contract management and security service delivery.
• Your communication and customer relations skills are proven.
• You are able to work as a team and collaborate with technical and sales teams.
• You have project management and risk management skills.
• The principles of ISMS and security standards (ISO 27001, etc.) are not unknown to you.
• You have already had the opportunity to automate and industrialize security processes.
