Zusammenfassung

Aston Carter is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to convert inbound leads into delivery partners. You will manage onboarding, qualify prospects, articulate program value, and drive activation while meeting KPIs. The role blends office and remote work in a hybrid Tempe, AZ environment.

The position requires 2+ years in inside sales, strong communication, and CRM/Salesforce experience. Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Work independently and as part of a team to support overall sales and program objectives.
  • Use sales enablement platforms and CRM tools to organize workflows, track performance, and improve efficiency.

Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative
Job Description

The Inbound Sales Representative converts inbound leads into engaged delivery partners by conducting consultative sales conversations, managing the onboarding process, and supporting the growth of a delivery partner program. This role focuses on qualifying prospective partners, clearly articulating program value, and guiding them through each step from initial interest to activation while consistently meeting key performance metrics.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
Work Environment

This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. The position operates in a hybrid work environment, with three days per week in the office and the remaining time worked remotely. The role relies heavily on phone-based communication and CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms, to manage leads and track activities. Team members work in a professional office setting when onsite and collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership to meet shared performance goals.

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
