• German and English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• SiFa/DGUV certification preferred.

• Set up safe systems of work and review RAMS for non-routine tasks; manage visitor registration and PPE tracking.
• Build workforce competency through site inductions and training; monitor subcontractor compliance.
• Support quality assurance and oversee quality inspections across the project.

As Implementation Assurance Manager (f/m/d) EHS on site in Nuremberg, you take ownership of safety performance across mobilization, installation, and commissioning, lead investigations, drills, and inspections that keep people protected. You partner closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and safety representatives, turning plans and protocols into practice on the ground. Every day brings something different, from a toolbox talk to a root cause investigation to a corrective action you see through to close, and your visible, hands-on leadership becomes the backbone of a genuine zero-harm culture. *The role is a Fixed Term Contract of 24 months

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Promoting a zero-harm safety culture by leading visible, on-site safety campaigns, hosting monthly safety representative meetings, and keeping toolbox talks engaging and clear


• Lead incident investigations and emergency response by reviewing safety observations, driving root cause analysis, closing out corrective actions, and keeping emergency plans and drills current with Siemens Energy and subcontractor teams


• Owning EHS reporting and site inspections: publish weekly EHS reports, run routine site and fire risk inspections, and keep mobilization, installation, and commissioning documentation organized and accessible


• Set up safe systems of work for every project phase while establishing EHS project folders, confirming health and safety plans are understood, reviewing RAMS for non-routine tasks, and managing visitor registration and PPE tracking


• Building workforce competency and holding subcontractors accountable: deliver site inductions and project-specific training, verify certifications, and monitor subcontractor compliance with approved RAMS


• Supporting quality assurance and overseeing quality inspections across the project, catching issues early and driving them through to resolution

What You Bring

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field


• Several years of experience in site-based EHS roles, ideally within the energy, manufacturing or construction sectors


• Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations, paired with proven experience in incident investigation and emergency response planning


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills that help you guide diverse teams through fast-moving site environments


• Very Good Language Skills in German and English both written and spoken


• SiFa/DGUV or an equivalent certification is preferred
