RTX Corporation is seeking an Illumio Network Security Engineer to design, document, and implement Illumio solutions, engage with internal RTX business units to evaluate network security issues, and work with engineers to deploy firewall policies from a security perspective.

The candidate should have 3+ years of Illumio firewall architecture experience and a strong networking background, with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM knowledge; cloud familiarity (Azure, AWS) and Linux are preferred.

Summary of Role:

The RTX Directory Management Protection organization is currently recruiting for an Illumio Network Security Engineer. The successful candidate for this position will be expected to design, document, and implement an Illumio solution, engage with internal RTX business units to evaluate network security issues, propose design options, and work with network engineers to implement new firewall deployments from a network and security policy perspective.

The candidate is expected to be proficient in Illumio firewall architecture and administration with at least three years of firewall management experience and a strong networking background. Expertise in DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management systems is also important.

This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
