Hirezar is seeking an HR & Operations Manager for a fully remote role. You will own HR systems, records, and compliance while supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation programs.
You’ll partner with Finance and leadership on investor relations and help run monthly all-hands, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company.
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
IC Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Target Start Date: October 1, 2026
We are a rapidly growing, U.S.-based owner and operator of self-storage facilities, with a portfolio of 70+ locations and an aggressive growth trajectory. We run lean and move quickly, and as we scale we're investing in the internal infrastructure that keeps a fast-growing company organized, compliant, and well-run.
This is a broad, HR-anchored role for a small, fast-growing company. HR is the foundation of the position and where we need proven experience - but at our size, the core HR work does not fill a full week on its own. That's by design.
Because HR is the base rather than the whole job, you'll wear several hats. Alongside owning the people function, you'll administer variable compensation, support investor relations with guidance from leadership, run our monthly all-hands, and help keep day-to-day operations moving. We're hiring one trusted, HR-experienced person who is happy to flex across the business and take ownership of whatever keeps the company running well.
If you're a capable HR professional who likes variety, wants visibility across an entire company, and would rather wear many hats than sit in a single lane, this is that seat.
You are an experienced HR professional at heart, but you don't want to be boxed into HR alone. You are highly organized and detail-obsessed, especially where compliance and numbers are concerned, and you handle confidential information — personnel, compensation, investor materials — with complete discretion and sound judgment. You're comfortable owning things solo in a remote environment, you communicate clearly and professionally with everyone from new hires to investors, and you move work forward without waiting to be asked. Most of all, you're energized rather than overwhelmed by wearing several hats and flexing across a growing business.
