Johnson & Johnson in Germany seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advance our talent and organizational design in Norderstedt. You will partner with business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives and work closely with the Works Council.

You’ll lead talent reviews, guide change management, and ensure compliance with German labor law while shaping a high-performing, diverse workplace aligned with our Credo.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible in advancing Norderstedt’s end-to-end strategic talent agenda, as well as identifying critical capability needs through partnership with business leaders.
• Provides support to the growth and transformation of our business by leading change management and organizational design initiatives.
• Advises employees and management on personnel issues and questions regarding Human Resources policies and guidelines.
• Is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of Talent Management, Organization Design, Change Management, Business Partnering and Coaching.
• Work in close partnership with client group leadership teams to deploy JJ Supply Chain talent strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Partner closely with German Works Council on managing all employee relations, organization and talent impacts/changes.
• Drive talent management strategy powered by regular talent reviews and talent actions to build a strong leadership pipeline for critical positions.
• Support in org design to make organizations more flexible and agile.
• Supports Management in a consistent use of Human Resources Policies.
• Organizes relevant HR data.
• Based on analyzing the data advises management accordingly.
• Assist/advises management regarding training and development of personnel.
• Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• For those who supervise or manage staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications Required

• Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years HR experience within a multinational and matrixed business environment.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders on strategic people, talent, and organizational priorities.
• Strong experience in: HR Business Partnering Talent Management Organizational Design Change Management Leadership Development Succession Planning Organizational Effectiveness Experience working with German labor law and Works Councils.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, consulting, and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to support business decision-making.
• Fluent German and English
• Preferred Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, or other industrial environments.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and business growth initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR systems and workforce analytics tools.
• Experience identifying and addressing critical talent and capability needs.

Salary and Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €78,300.00 - €135,700.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
