Qualifikationen

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion.
• Open availability to work various shifts including weekends.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Physical and 2 Step PPD.
• Able to lift, position, and transfer patients.
• Able to operate a Hoyer lift.
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellence.

Aufgaben

• Provide client care according to the Plan of Care.
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene.
• Operate a Hoyer lift when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
