What you will do:

• Lead pre‑sales and delivery of complex API and e‑commerce projects, acting as the primary point of contact for external partners, while facilitating collaboration between their teams and Distribusion’s Engineering, Product, and Operations functions.
• Develop blueprint processes for the rollout of standard product offerings.
• Guide product development by systematically capturing market needs and partner insights.

Job requirements

• 4+ years managing technical projects or solution delivery, including in a consulting or high‑growth environment.
• Confidence navigating technical topics like API integrations, architecture diagrams, and e‑commerce.
• Structured communicator able to translate complexity into clarity for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Takes ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and is energized by solving cross‑functional coordination challenges.
• Business fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Open to business travel to key markets in Latin America.
