Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Group Accounting, Corporate Finance with IFRS and consolidated financial statements expertise.
• Proven leadership experience within complex international organizations.
• Strong understanding of accounting governance, reporting processes, and internal controls.
• Experience with multinational corporate structures and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational change, process harmonization, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior management.
• Experience with modern ERP and financial reporting systems.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, Wirtschaftsprüfer, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, AI applications, and data analytics.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
