Zusammenfassung

Molex is seeking a hardware engineer in Germany to analyse, design, implement and test wireless and USB charger solutions for automotive applications. You will work on robust analog/digital hardware, from requirements through to prototyping and bring‑up, in an international, collaborative environment.

The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, optimizing for cost, performance and EMC, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid analog and digital hardware design experience.
• Hands-on power electronics, DC/DC converters, drivers.
• Experience with Altium Designer or equivalent schematic tools.
• Strong circuit simulation and tolerance analysis.
• Familiarity with German and international OEM standards.
• Good English and German language skills.
• Structured, proactive working style and teamwork.

What You Will Do

• Analyze and clarify customer and automotive system requirements

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in analog and digital hardware design
• Practical experience in power electronics, including DC/DC converters, load switches, bridge drivers, and power components
• Experience working with schematic design tools such as Altium Designer or equivalent
• Strong skills in circuit simulation and tolerance analysis
• Familiarity with German and international OEM standards and requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Structured, goal‑oriented, and proactive working style
• Good English and German language skill
