Zusammenfassung

OneTutor, a TUM spin-off building an AI tutor for higher education, seeks a full-time marketing hire in Munich for 4–6 months. You will craft content, design materials, and run lectures and webinars with the growth founder.

You’ll interview professors, create customer stories, and develop landing pages while shaping the brand. This is a hands-on role with portfolio-worthy output.

Qualifikationen

• German language at C2 level and fluent English.
• Hands-on marketing experience (internship, student project, or side project) and a portfolio.
• Strong design eye; can create post images, banners or flyers with Canva.
• Natural connector who brings people together and builds lasting relationships.

Education is one of the hardest nuts to crack, and that's exactly what makes it worth it. At OneTutor, we combine startup velocity with real impact: AI tools that help people actually learn better. OneTutor is a TUM spin-off building an AI tutor for higher education. 50+ universities and academies use us, among them TUM, LMU, LUH, WU Vienna and Raiffeisen Campus.

You’ll be our first dedicated marketing hire, who works directly with our growth founder. For the next four to six months, most of what lecturers read, see and attend from OneTutor will be something you helped make.

Tasks

Content

• Publish 2-3 LinkedIn posts a week, from our founders' accounts and our company page
• Interview professors who use OneTutor and turn their courses into customer stories
• Build campaign and webinar landing pages on our website

Design & Assets

• Design the visuals for everything we publish: LinkedIn post images, ad creatives, website banners and company page graphics
• Make the material people hold in their hands: flyers, posters, booth design, conference collateral
• Keep all of it on brand, and sharpen the brand where it isn't good enough yet

Events

• Run our roundtables and webinars for lecturers end to end: topic, speakers, invites, hosting, follow-up
• Organise our presence at education conferences, from booth design to the follow-up list afterwards
• Design at least one new format of your own and test it

Requirements

What you bring

• Germanat C2 level and fluent English. Our customers teach in German.
• Some hands‑on marketing.An internship, a student initiative, your own content, a side project.A portfolio beats a CV.
• An eye for design.You can build a clean post image, banner or flyer using Canva or Claude Design.
• A naturalconnector.You bring people together and build relationships that last.
• Available full‑timefor4-6months ,on‑siteinMunich.

Practical

• Location: On‑sitein our Munichoffice, right next to Theresienwiese
• Duration: 4-6 months, full‑time
• Compensation: €2,300/month, plus Deutschlandticket and EGYM Wellpass
