Nexi Germany is offering a Graduate Program to jumpstart your career in Europe’s PayTech space. You will rotate across departments for 12 months, then transition into a landing role to continue growing within the company.

You will receive dedicated Project Management training and access to PayTech University for ongoing learning, with collaboration across Europe and exposure to real business cases.

Qualifikationen

• Recent master's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field, graduated within the last 12 months or due to graduate soon.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• International experience through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment is a plus.
• Career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
• Legally eligible to work in Germany and able to start full-time.
• Willingness to take ownership and work well in a team.

• You have the legal right to work in Germany (e.g., residency, visa).
