Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable services in Go. You will build new features while enhancing existing functionality, and ensure secure REST APIs and robust messaging workflows.

In this role you will improve system observability and reliability, take ownership of production services, and collaborate with product, mobile and ML teams to integrate AI-powered workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Go in production environments.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production systems.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, REST APIs and messaging systems.
• Experience delivering customer-facing software products.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with attention to quality and security.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Experience working on customer-facing software products
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Quality-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
