Zusammenfassung

Isar Aerospace seeks a GNC-focused engineer to develop autopilot algorithms and verification environments using model-based design. You will design, tune, and implement GNC algorithms and create simulations for 6-DoF verification.

You will model hydraulic actuators and fluid systems, develop control filters, and support launch campaigns. Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C/C++ is expected, with Git for version control.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in mathematical modelling, development and validation of algorithms throughout the disciplines of Guidance, Navigation and Control.
• Strong background in mathematical modelling and data analysis in MATLAB and all relevant Tools (Simulink, Stateflow, parallelization, autocoding etc.)
• Proficient in data analysis in frequency and time domain with Python
• Basic knowledge in rigid body and Orbit mechanics
• Proficient in modelling and control of fluid systems (hydraulic actuators, valves, pressurized tanks)
• Experience in C/C++ flight software development
• Experience with large software projects in GIT

Mission Brief

As part of the Guidance, Navigation, & Control team, you will support the technical development of the autopilot of the launch vehicle. You will be responsible for developing the GNC flight algorithms and the necessary verification environments following a model-based design approach.
