Grant Alexander is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in consulting and technology services for a Global Supply Chain Director. The role will lead the development of a new global Center of Excellence in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Asset Management, based in Berlin.

You will shape and lead large-scale transformation opportunities, advise C-level clients on strategy and technology, and design complex programmes.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning and planning solution implementation.
• Experience with Planning for Retail/Manufacturing, Space Planning, Category Management.
• Solid understanding of integration with ERP environments, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP IBP, Manhattan Active, WMS/TMS is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand forecasting, inventory management, S&OP, supply planning).
• Experience in Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Consumer Products or Retail.
• Strong consulting, solutioning and delivery background on complex transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and C-level presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience in deal shaping or business development.
• Established relationships within the supply chain technology and partner ecosystem.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Business, IT or related field.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a multicultural environment.
