DöhlerGroup in Germany is seeking a procurement specialist to drive third‑party manufacturing sourcing, supplier evaluation and contract negotiations. The role emphasizes strategic procurement, market analysis and cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain teams.

You will manage supplier onboarding, master data and price information in systems like SAP Ariba and SAP MM, and travel occasionally to support supplier relationships and negotiations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills; team player.

• Fluent in English; German language is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for third-party manufacturing (3PM) categories in alignment with Supply Chain and business needs.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate procurement markets for this category.
• Assess supplier capabilities, technology fit and capacity to support category-specific 3PM requirements.
• Ensure spend visibility and transparency across the 3PM supplier base and drive cost savings and cost optimization.
• Support supplier registration and onboarding in relevant systems and processes, and manage supplier-related master data and price information (e.g. SAP Ariba).
• Responsible for the supplier management process, including contract development and negotiations, qualification, escalations, and supplier root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Engage with senior internal stakeholders and external partners on supplier topics, negotiations, and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with strategic 3PM partners.
• Support process and system changes and improvements in collaboration with the Sourcing Excellence team and actively contribute to projects.

Your role

Your profile

• You have a degree in Business Administration or comparable
• You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement or in supply chain, third-party manufacturing/contract manufacturing
• You are a team player with strong negotiation skills, a determined and convincing personality, and strong analytical skills
• You have good SAP knowledge in SAP R/3 or S/4HANA (MM) as well as Ariba
• Your working language is English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• FMCG experience is an advantage
• Occasional business travel is required
