Harvey Nash is seeking a Global Project Manager – After-Sales Supply Chain Transformation based in Böblingen, Germany. You will lead global transformation projects, plan budgets, allocate resources, monitor progress and report to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong PM skills in waterfall and agile, with stakeholder, change and risk management, plus proficiency in MS 365 and PM tools. English fluency is essential; German or Japanese are a plus.

For our client, a leading company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Global Project Manager – After-Sales Supply Chain Transformation based in Böblingen.

As part of the global transformation, you will manage key transformation projects.

You are responsible for planning and leading projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget.

You plan and manage the project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

You will collaborate with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at checkpoints of each phase such as:

• Develop project charter and Business case (value, ROI of the project)
• Setting up project organization and governance
• Tool/solution evaluation and implementation
• Communication and change management plan and execution
• Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff
• Travell requirement 10%-20%

Your background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or comparable.
• Proven project management skills in waterfall and agile with experience in applying project management tools and methods is a must. Certifications like Prince2, Scrum Master, or other is a plus.
• M365 (especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Teams) basics knowledge is a must
• Project Management Application knowledge (Jira, MS Project or others) is a plus
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus
• Experience working as project manager on transformations
• Experience around supply chain (sales and after sales)
• Experience in data quality improvement and IT implementation
• Very good effective planning and organization skills
• Proven change management experience is a must
• Solid experience with stakeholder management, risk and dependency management
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken. German and/or Japanese is a plus.
• Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders
