• Shape Global Medical Strategy: Lead development and execution of global medical plans translating insights into strategies that support product lifecycle and growth.
• Drive Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as medical lead within global teams, influencing brand strategy, lifecycle management, and alignment between global and local implementation.
• Lead Scientific Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with external experts, societies, and patient organisations to inform decision-making.
