Gore Fabrics in Germany seeks a Global Master Planning Leader to oversee cross‑business aggregate supply chain and inventory planning. You will manage a global Master Planning team and ensure scenario-based, financially informed mid-to-long term plans.
Reporting to the SIOP Leader, you will drive governance, collaboration across functions, and cross‑regional planning standards while aligning with the Gore Fabrics SIOP model. Occasional travel up to 20% is expected.
As Global Master Planning Leader (m/f/d) within Gore Fabrics, this leader is accountable for business‑wide aggregate supply chain (Material & Capacity) and inventory planning across respective businesses. The role leads a globally distributed Master Planning team and ensures that mid‑to-long term supply plans are integrated, scenario‑based, financially‑informed, and reliable.
The Global Master Planning Leader (m/f/d) is led by the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Ops Planning) Leader and is accountable for process adherence of his team and accountable to develop relevant and meaningful input for and output of the Supply Review and for its facilitation.
This position is located as hybrid role in Putzbrunn, Germany.
