Qualifikationen

• Führungserfahrung in Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation oder verwandten Bereichen.

Aufgaben

Shape the Future of Data and AI across a global Supply Chain Solutions organization! As Global Head of Data (all genders welcome), you will build and lead our global, enterprise-wide data capability, transforming data into a strategic asset that enables smarter decisions, automation, innovation, and sustainable growth.

• Define and execute the global Data und AI strategy, driving business transformation across the organization
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance, ownership models, standards, and accountability frameworks
• Lead master data management and data quality initiatives to create a trusted, single source of truth
• Build and scale a modern cloud-based data platform that supports analytics, digital products, and AI capabilities
• Enable AI adoption through innovative data solutions, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and next-generation business processes
• Build and lead a high-performing global Data organization while fostering a data-driven culture and leading transformational change

Profil

• Proven leadership experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines
• Strong track record of building or transforming enterprise-wide data capabilities in complex, international organizations
• Deep expertise in data governance, master data management, data quality, and modern data architectures
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms and scalable enterprise technology environments
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused leader who thrives in transformation environments and drives measurable business impact
