Ignite in Ludwigshafen is looking for a (Junior) Projektingenieur in Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau/Baubetrieb to join our client-side civil engineering team. The role is full-time with a hybrid arrangement (up to 2 home-office days per week after probation) and proximity to local project sites.

You will steer municipal infrastructure projects through planning and construction, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and risk controls while reporting progress to stakeholders and authorities.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Bauingenieurwesen) with specialization in structural engineering or construction management.
• 2–4 years of initial professional experience in structural civil engineering or project management.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) for interactions with authorities and tender procedures.

Aufgaben

• Participate in steering and controlling complex civil and structural engineering projects across planning and construction phases.
• Help ensure compliance with budget, schedule, quality standards, and risk management parameters.
• Prepare structured project status reports and maintain risk/issue tracking.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Project Steering: Participate in managing and controlling complex civil and structural engineering projects across all planning and construction phases.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare structured project status reports and maintain ongoing risk and issue tracking.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Must-Haves

• Education: Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Bauingenieurwesen), ideally with a specialization in Structural Engineering (konstruktiver Ingenieurbau) or Construction Management (Baubetrieb).
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of initial professional experience in structural civil engineering or project management.
• Language: C1/C2 German (written and spoken) is required due to regular interaction with local public authorities and tender procedures.
• Work Style: Structured, organized, proactive, and willing to assume early responsibility.
• Interest: A genuine passion for complex public infrastructure and urban civil engineering projects.
