WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative to serve customers across markets from Porto, Portugal (onsite). You must already have the right to work in Portugal as visa sponsorship is not available.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information with empathy. Fluent German, C1 English, and strong communication skills are essential. Accommodation support is provided and a Welcome bonus of €1,500 is paid in monthly installments.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
