Neura Robotics in Metzingen is seeking a Functional Safety Manager (human) to own and drive the safety strategy across our robot portfolio, from industrial arms to humanoid platforms.

You will mentor a team of safety engineers, define safety plans, govern lifecycle processes, and lead hazard campaigns (HARA, FMEA, FTA, STPA) while interfacing with executives and notified bodies. This role sits in the Software Development Team and operates in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Functional Safety with 2+ years in an FSM role.
• Profound knowledge of ISO 13849, ISO 10218, and IEC 61508; SOTIF (ISO 21448) is a huge plus.
• TÜV or Exida CFSE certification preferred.
• Experience with safety analysis methods and toolchains.
