Qualifikationen

• Degree with very good grades in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a comparable field.
• Hands-on coding experience with TypeScript and PHP.
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies and architecture (PHP, TypeScript, React Router, MySQL).
• Structured, independent problem solving and ownership of results.
• Initial experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and interest in AI/LLM features.
• Fluency in English (C1); German skills are a plus; on-site Munich office.

Your Qualifications

• Academic background: A degree with very good grades in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Practical coding experience: Hands-on experience developing software independently, gained through initial professional experience, extensive internships or relevant projects using TypeScript and PHP.
• Tech stack & architecture: Solid understanding of modern web technologies and software architecture, with the motivation to continuously develop our tech stack of PHP, TypeScript, React Router and MySQL. Clean, performant, maintainable and scalable code is a natural part of your work.
• Analytical thinking & ownership: A structured and independent approach to solving problems, combined with the confidence to challenge technical decisions and take ownership of results.
• AI mindset: Initial experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, along with an interest in integrating AI- and LLM-based features into products and development processes where they create real value.
• Team & language: Fluency in English (C1), a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working closely with your team on-site in our Munich office. German skills are a plus.

• Develop end-to-end: Build new applications and features across the full stack and take them from initial concept through to production.
• Turn requirements into solutions: Analyze business and technical requirements, develop sustainable technical concepts, and implement them independently.
• Ensure high quality: Write clean, performant code and use automated testing and code reviews to build stable, maintainable applications.
• Optimize performance & architecture: Continuously improve our systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Take ownership: Own features and components from both a functional and technical perspective, contribute your ideas, and work closely with your team to find the best solutions.
• Use AI where it adds value: Leverage modern AI coding tools in your daily development workflow, evaluate new approaches, and integrate AI- and LLM-based features where they create measurable value.
