Jobtailor in Berlin is seeking a hands-on full-stack engineer to develop and operate sophisticated web applications across the full stack, from frontend Vue.js to Java/Spring Boot backends. You will design robust APIs and data models, and refactor for scalability.

You will collaborate closely with product owners and external partners, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to CI/CD, testing and code quality in a small, agile team.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in fullstack development of web applications.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Vue.js (or comparable frontend) and Java/Spring Boot backend.
• Experience designing and operating REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL).
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and collaboration in a small team.
• Willingness to think along with requirements and question them constructively.
• Business-fluent German (C2) for collaboration within the team and with German service providers.
• Nice to have experience with scalable architectures (e.g. microservices) and coordinating external service providers.
• Practical experience in testing, code reviews and CI/CD; familiarity with Nginx, Liquibase, Keycloak/OAuth2; interest in AI tools.

• Close collaboration with product owners: technical sparring and constructive questioning of requirements

Requirements

• Several years of experience in fullstack development of web applications
• Confident, hands‑on experience with JavaScript and Vue.js or comparable frontend frameworks, and Java / Spring Boot on the backend
• Experience designing and operating REST APIs and working with relational databases (MySQL)
