We are a growing consultancy in Frankfurt seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our project teams. You will be embedded in client engagements, moving between projects and technologies with ownership over the solutions you build.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining web apps, spanning frontend to backend, APIs, and data layers. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and clients, participating in workshops and technical scoping.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (React/Vue/Angular).
• Backend experience in Java/Node.js or similar.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain web applications across client projects.
• Work across the full stack from frontend to backend and data layers.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions with architects/business analysts.
• Participate in client workshops and technical scoping for new engagements.

The Role:

We're a growing consultancy working with clients across finance, industry, and the public sector, and we're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our project teams. You'll be embedded in client engagements, moving between projects and technologies as our portfolio demands, with real ownership over the solutions you build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain web applications across a range of client projects
• Work across the full stack, from frontend interfaces through to backend services, APIs, and data layers
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions, working closely with architects and business analysts
• Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and technical scoping for new engagements
• Support code reviews, testing practices, and CI/CD processes across project teams
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience:

• Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Strong experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Solid backend experience in Java, Node.js, or a comparable language/framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Comfortable working directly with clients and adapting quickly to new environments
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
