Zusammenfassung

Agentic First is building the TalentAI platform and seeks a software engineer to own features end-to-end, collaborating with international teams to ship reliable microservices and integrate LLMs into tooling. You will deploy on AWS, tests automated, and push the boundaries of agentic workflows.

You should enjoy distributed systems, data-intensive design, and taking ownership from planning to production in a hybrid Düsseldorf-area role with regular in-person sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with agentic software development and genuine interest in LLMs; you know how to integrate them productively into tooling and handle quirks of generative models pragmatically.
• Solid grasp of cloud architecture (ideally AWS and GCP) and a feel for what high performance, data-intensive systems really need.
• Strong automated testing mindset; tests are a natural part of your workflow.
• Analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality: you don’t just talk about architecture, you build it.
• Strong sense of ownership; you want to see your topic through end-to-end.
• No strict degree required; focus on what you can do and deliver.
