Zusammenfassung

LiveEO in Berlin-Kreuzberg is building the market leader in satellite analytics. You will work on deep learning and geospatial data to help governments and businesses monitor forests, infrastructure, and natural disasters.

You’ll join a small, cross-functional team, own features end-to-end, and grow as ownership increases. The stack includes React and TypeScript on the frontend and NestJS/Express on the backend, with CI/CD, AI-assisted coding, and a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Solid TypeScript and React in production.
• Backend experience with NestJS, Express, or Node.js.
• You've worked in a codebase with CI/CD and code review, and can navigate a system you didn't build.
• You've used AI-assisted coding in daily work, not just tried it once.

Build the Market Leader in Satellite Analytics with us at LiveEO

You will work on applications that use deep learning and satellite data to help companies and governments fight deforestation, monitor critical infrastructure, and respond faster and more precisely to natural disasters. Our aim is to empower any user in the world to harness the power of earth observation satellites to simplify and improve their daily work.

We are a team of five engineers today, actively growing, embedded in a cross-functional group of product managers, UX/UI designers, data, DevOps, ML, and geospatial engineering experts. You will not be the only person responsible for any system you touch.

• Build and extend features end-to-end that handle large volumes of geospatial data, with attention to UX and design

Your profile

Must have:

• Solid TypeScript and React in production (Vue or Preact also fine - we care that you know a component model well, not which one)
• Backend experience with NestJS, Express, or Node.js
• You've worked in a codebase with CI/CD and code review, and can find your way around a system you didn't build
• You've used AI-assisted coding in your actual day-to-day, not just tried it once

Nice to have

• Spec-driven or test-driven development, agentic or otherwise
• Web-based geospatial / GIS work
• An eye for design and UX - enough to make small design calls without needing a mockup for everything
