Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Java or Kotlin, ideally in the Spring ecosystem; alternatively very good JavaScript/TypeScript skills and experience with common frameworks.
• Familiarity with standard tools in agile environments, particularly JIRA and Confluence, for managing and documenting development.
• Creative and analytical thinking.
• Interest in new technologies and a strong quality mindset.
• Startup mentality, self-motivation and a hands-on attitude.
• Good German skills and very good English skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the development team, Product Owners and UX/UI designers to further develop the SaaS solutions, with a focus on interfaces/APIs
• Design, test, maintain and continuously improve software independently and as part of a team
• Advise product management on technical questions
• Discuss functional and technical requirements and their implementation with product management and the business unit
• Take increasing co-responsibility in the DevOps area for architecture, development and testing
• Advance products through pair programming, code reviews and prototyping
• Regularly communicate with agile, cross-functional teams in DevComs and the Architecture Board
• Develop and contribute your own ideas during monthly GreenDays
