We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who builds interfaces that feel fast, obvious, and calm: complex data, dense workflows, zero friction.

Responsibilities

• Build the product UI: search, matching, pipelines, dashboards, dense data views
• Own our component library and design system implementation in React and TypeScript
• Turn complex commercial real estate workflows into interfaces that need no manual
• Obsess over performance: load time, interaction latency, rendering at scale
• Build accessible, responsive interfaces that hold up on desktop and on the road
• Work closely with design and backend — short loops, no handoff theater
• Ship the marketing site alongside the product when it matters

Requirements

• German at native level — this is a hard requirement for this role, plus business-fluent English
• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, plus modern CSS
• Experience with Next.js or a comparable modern framework
• You think in components and systems, not one-off screens
• A sharp eye for layout, spacing, states, and motion — you notice what's off
• Comfort owning a feature from empty file to deployed
• Bonus: data-heavy UIs, tables/virtualization, charts, animation libraries
• Bonus: an eye for performance budgets and Core Web Vitals
• Open to strong Entry and Junior candidates with a portfolio of shipped work
